We use official USPTO data and account for Patent Term Adjustment (PTA), Patent Term Extension (PTE), terminal disclaimers, pre-GATT/post-GATT rules, and maintenance fee status. Each result includes a confidence score and detailed breakdown so you can verify every factor.
Where does the patent data come from?
All data comes directly from official USPTO sources including PatentsView (maintained by the USPTO Office of the Chief Economist) and the Patent Examination Data System (PEDS). Data is refreshed automatically every 24 hours for patents on your watchlist.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no contracts. Cancel or change your plan at any time from your dashboard. Your data is preserved for 30 days after cancellation.
Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
